I just loosened the two screws on the spring claw around the back until the trem lifted up a bit on the front. Then I tuned back up and, adjusted the string height a little with both the two screws that hold the trem assembly to the body and also the individual saddles, and reset the intonation just a touch. It didn't much adjustment at all. Just a half a turn or so. No neck removal, no shims under the neck...none of that. I did adjust the springs around the back until I could pull up a semi tone on the E, B and G string and a full tone on the D,A and E. That wasn't intentional. It just wound up that way. The guitar stays in tune better than any Strat I've had and doesn't warble or act funny at all. It's perfect for getting those Jeff Beck vibrato effects we're all interested in now that the master has passed and we've been watching those Jeff Beck videos.
