SE24 Custom 35th - sound break when switching between pickups

I bought a SE24 Custom 35th, but I have a problem with the switch, or changing the pickup is often without sound, after alternating several times I can have sound again. This is a problem already identified or I was not lucky with the purchase and how can I solve the problem in Portugal, having bought it online at Thomann DE

Try some electronics contact cleaner on the switch. If that doesn’t work, have a new switch installed, they’re fairly cheap and usually easy to find one that fits.

Thanks for your interest, but is a new guitar with a few hours of experiencie, if i try make something may be i il loose the oficial warranty. If there are not similar issues I wil try receive some oficial information about, Regards
