No personal experience with the core Cu24, but seems it is different in the angle of the neck, because the SE Cu24 doesn't fit well in the PRS multifit case, whereas the core Cu24 supposedly fits that case.
Same issue with juniors and specials in the lifton cases. Put a hand towel under the lower end of the body and the S2 will fit in the multi-fit case great.
