I don't recommend getting a PRS Silver Sky hard shell case

When they had a sale, I decided to purchase a hard shell case for my Silver Sky. The problem with the case is, it does not fit well with the guitar. The neck does not fully rest of the padding. Its more of the 10th fret and towards the body that really gets support. The rest of it is not really touching. The guitar is also very tight in the case as well. You would be much better off getting a Fender case or generic case.

That's odd, my Silver Sky fits perfectly in it's case... not too snug, neck rests as it should... I wonder if they changed the design or providers or something?

I’ve no experience with the PRS SS case. It comes with a decent gig bag, but I had a spare Strat case, one of the older rectangular kind, that I used for it and it fit well.
