Replacement Sweet Switch for 1988 CU24?

howdy - long time reader, first time poster so apologies for starting off with something this obscure.

I recently found out that mini toggles and 2 yr children are incompatible (who knew?) and I need to replace the sweet switch on my 1988 CU24 and it is proving suprisingly difficult to do. The switch itself is easy enough to get but finding the delay component that broke off the back of it less so. The interweb is unexpectedly devoid of info on this and I was hoping someone out there could help.

Has anyone had any experience of replacing one of these? I understand that I could go to a push/pull tone control setup but would like to keep mine stock.

There is a guy on eBay who sells them as a complete kit (switch w wired delay) for about $45 or so. I've bought a few from him and they work great. I'm not sure if they are an exact replacement for a vintage Sweet Switch, but they seem close to my eyes.
