PRS SE NUT for 10's

Does anyone know if these nuts are setup for 10's already, or are they like the stock SE 245's which are for 9's?

My nut is a little mangled (before I bought it) so I thought it best to start over. Does anyone have suggestions on a better nut that would be great out of the box for 10's? I have a PRS SE Soapbar. I believe it is the wide/fat neck?

Yes, they fit 10's. The TUSQ XL nuts for SE's are also a drop in and accept larger gauges, plus they're cheap. But either are great!
