PRS Monthly Jam - February 2019

We had a little more participation last month so let's keep this going. Thanks to those who joined in, hopefully we can pick up another one or two this month.

For those of you new to this here's the lowdown.
* Download the backing track at the link below
* Load track up into your recording medium whatever that may be (if the track is too long cut it down)
* Record yourself (play lead, rhythm, add vocals, harmonica whatever you feel)
* Post your track up here for others to listen
* Tell us what gear you used (if you want)
* Leave some constructive comments about others recordings

This is all about playing, learning and having fun so hope you join us.

Couldn't decide what to use and running up against the deadline so you get two tracks all with my newest guitars ( SSH , Vela , DC3 )

The DC3 Track is my normal one take track a different set up for me , Clean MKV with my Aurora Borealis Tonal insanity Pedal for a bit of grit

The Three Guitars track the first half is the SSH and the DC3 on the first half of the track and the last half is the Vela with a bit more gain

I do keep on meaning to join in, but never get the time to sit down and sort all of the recording stuff out. Maybe I have to just not worry too much about recording a good tone using mic'd up real amps, and just do something quick using the THR10. Is there a March Jam?

There notes will not even go to the drive because they know we cannot up one upped
( or there ears are bleeding and all other players have died of blood loss )
Bodia has to be nice and say good things or I will egg his house - All others have no excuse.

You bet! One of these months I'll actually contribute!

We seem to be hanging in the Blues / Classic rock area so far we could stray to something heavier ( Black Sabbath maybe ) or go full the other way and try Country.
We might get Sergio in if we go Funk
I'm good at none of these things but would be fun to try.
