Google User Content image file, probably set for private view only, or maybe just Google being difficult. I rarely can see Google User image files, even if at home (i.e. not behind work firewall) and logged into my Gmail (and therefore logged into my own Google User account). The settings seem to be awkward...

Damn! I even checked this in a secondary browser where I am not logged into my google account and it worked. Not sure why it's not working for you.
