Hi all. My footswitch, when on the Clean channel, sometimes the led is blue and sometimes not lit. Anyone know what this means?

Sounds like there might be a cold soldier joint in the pedal for the led.

It's a quality control issue. If it's lit, it means your playing is bringing light into the world. If not, try harder!

What pedals do you have in the loop? When was the amp built?

How close are your pedals to the amp? I had a pedal on top of the amp once and it was very noisy. I moved the pedal away from the amp and the noise went away.

Not close really. I have sat my phone close and had noise. Very sensitive amp.

You have those pedals in your loop?

I'd take at least the comp and OD out of the loop. Those go in front. An OD in a loop will almost always increase noise. A comp in a loop is a recipe for noise.

I'd go guitar>tuner>comp>OD> amp. Loop out> Vibe>Delay>loop return. Or, depending on how you use the vibe, maybe even in front of the amp, last in line before the amp. (Vibes are different in front, vs. in loops).
