So far I've been very pleased with RG, once you overcome the shock you receive - 2 ft inside the door (the place is arranged for shock and awe) you find some cool dudes working there. The owner talked to me for quite a while as well. PRSh is supposed to be there in Nov, hoping I can get mine signed then
