I got an Custom 22 Artist from them with the BRW fretboard. It is the nicest guitar I have ever played. Enjoy!

Herr Squid is correct. The gov't didn't confiscate any Brazilian rosewood. Gibson had some wood from Madagascar seized, as it was illegally poached lumber.
