It was labeled correctly, just priced low at 1600, which I jumped on. I didn't ask why it was cheap, but my impression is that the seller could afford to not worry much about maximizing what he got out of it.

Yeah….if I had seen that I probably would have bought it…

So you got a Core Piezo for the price of an SE? I know it's used, but from the picture doesn't seem to be any damage or anything. I'd say that's the deal of the year!
