NGD 1st time PRS owner (25th Anniv. McCarty NF 10 top)

I got a call from my Guitar Center Pro guy and made the 2-1/2 hour drive to the GC on Westheimer in Houston to see what was still available. I was second in line to "hold" this guitar, and the guy ahead of me bit on a single-cut, leaving this behind.

I'm surprised that they still had this 2010 model still in their inventory. Nice 10-top, nice scarlet smoke burst finish, but I'm guessing the NF pickups aren't for everybody, but I'm digging 'em.

Anybody else out there with a McCarty NF?

I haven't gigged with this guitar yet, but looking forward to it.

I gigged with it last night thru PRS Dallas 50 1x12 combo. Sounded great, but the PRS amp always accentuates highs that other guitars may not put out (at least to my ears).

Gigged with it again tonight with a Greer Thunderbolt 30, and loved it...LOVED it...keeper!
