As I was right inthe middle of telling her "If you need the strings changed..." she blurted out "Call Danny!" to which I continued my sentence... "call Matt's guitars in Manassas" and then I texted her video links to the PRS web page that explains what all the knobs & levers do, has a tone demo there as well and then sent her a link to the Marty Music YouTube chanel for beginner lessons on electric guitar. She then posted NGD pictures on her FB page.
