I'm having some trouble with my 3 way blade switch on the SE Custom. The middle position, which should have both pickups on, is only amplifying the bridge pickup. In order to get both pickups on, I have to sort of "wedge" the pickup selector between the middle position and the neck position, and it doesn't stay very well. Any ideas on what might be causing this and how to address it?

Replace the switch.
Is this a common problem? I've never had a switch die on me in 19 years of playing.

Neither had I but I bought an S2 Mira and the switch developed
the same problem you have 6 months after I got it.
I replaced it with a Switchcraft switch and have had no problems since.
The Switch it came with was poorly made.
When I got my S2 Mira semi hollow I replaced the switch immediatly.
It had the same cheap switch as my first S2 Mira.
I didn't even wait for it to break.
In my world 2 out of 2 makes it a common problem.
