I once had a Larrivee with an inlaid headstock, but it was quite a few years ago, and for the life of me I can't remember what the inlay was. [Edit: A woman with a tambourine] They did a nice job with it, in any case.

An example of what makes him famous
you shouldn't be here, but if you are, note that the shell outlining the green is a single cut.
a collaboration of 7 of Canada's best luthiers, including Laskin, Manzer, Larrivee, de Jonge and others you are less likely to know.
Paying homage to the Group of Seven artists.
