Drop-in wiring?

Ok, I am planning a project SE upgrade and I have a question. There are 2 different drop-in wire kits from PRS (ACC-4120: 3 way push/pull & ACC-4122: McCarty). Can someone explain what the differences between these 2, please. Both have 3 way switch and a push/pull tone, but the 4120 shows additional wires in the photo? thanks in advance.

I've put the McCarty 4122 into my SE22 and it worked. the wire is long enough to reach from selector to volume. Plus it's cheaper...

I actually saw that post a few days ago and thanks for the reply. So you aren’t sure what the difference between the two is?

I think the pickups attach to the switch on the other one, if I remember right, mine went on the push/pull, but for wiring I have to go off diagrams, so I really can't tell by looking at the pics.

4120 is for reverse polarity pickups, like Customs. One goes to hot, one goes to ground.

4122 is for pickups that are same polarity, like a McCarty. Both go to ground.
