I'd like to install a DGT bridge pickup in my 2023 Studio (Hum plus two nearfields.). The 5815 is a 5 conductor wire while the DGT has a standard plus white wire. The current wiring of the 5815 is : white/hot is soldered to the 2nd lug on the 5 way switch, the black/red to the bottom/right lug of the push pull pot, black wire to volume pot casing, and green/orange to tone pot casing.
Would I wire the DGT lead to the 2nd lug of the 5 blade, shielding to the volume pot and white wire to the bottom/right lug of the push pull? I want to take advantage of the split.
