I use one with a piezo-equipped Archtop and a Hollowbody. I'm just a hobbyist hack now so don't take what I say as being the gospel, but through a Schertler David amplifier it's a pretty cool way to add some depth, colour and variety to your sound. The range of tones available is impressive. It's worth tinkering with the input select knob to find the one that brings out the best sound and I find that the blend knob set at about 50% wet/dry is much better than the fully modelled sound.
