Dealing with Tremonti Tunings?

I could ask any forum but if were honest, this is the only community I can trust...
Alter bridge have some crazy tunings. I dont know if there's a tuning with z in it, but if there was Mark Tremonti would have found it.
HOW DO YOU GUYS DO IT!!!
the one that messes me up is Bb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb. WHAT DO YOU DO TO THE TOP STRING!!! WHAT GAUGE STRING IS THAT!!! DO I NEED A CUSTOM NUT???
I keep having nightmares of just a really loose top string flapping around and waking up I a cold sweat. What have you guys had to do to deal with this.

Experience PRS, Tony McManus doing an acoustic demo. He said when he started playing guitar, he thought all the tuning buttons were supposed to be lined up so they all pointed the same way. And then he did it.

It was awful.
