Can someone with an se acoustic with a fishman check the tone dial

On my Prs se A50 the tone dial does not have an end stop. Ie it can be rotated further than the volume dial and does not reach an end stop. Is this normal.

The guitar is new

The tone control on my SE AX20E most definitely has a stop at both ends - I'm thinking something is wrong with yours.

Definitely a broken dial. They should only rotate about 270 degrees max.

Thanks. Mine is broken then. It does work the treble but there is only a tiny bit of resistance when turning anti clock wise at one pont and none turning clockwise
