Can PRS Pickup Covers Be Changed?

I wanna order the Tremonti Pickups at some point to put in my SE, but I'm also in the process of replacing the hardware with gold, so I wanted to chang the pickup cover on the bass pickup with a gold cover, and as an extension maybe change the pickup screws in the Treble Pickup.
I know this can be done with some pickups but I thought it would be worth checking how easy it is to do this with the PRS pickups.

I've replaced the covers on McCartys, 57/08 and 59/09. I'm guessing they can be changed or added to anything except squabbins.

No problem, just be sure to get covers with the right hole spacing. USA pickups should be 49.2mm, but double check.


Square Bobbin = Squabbin

The ones with nickel (chrome? or gold, too) covers... yes, you can remove the covers and either leave them uncovered (black) or put different metal covers on them.

The "squabbin" ones... nope, there is no way to change their look.
