Brazilian Fretboard

I'm pretty sure that all newer PRS guitars that have Brazilian fretboards literally have a disclaimer written on the back of the headstock saying so, along with a letter. Does anyone know if there ever was a time when that notification was not done; was it before CITES? And, if that's the case, what year would that be?

Prior to 2007 I believe, around this time and 2013 Braz RW was limited. There were some runs of guitars that actually didn’t leave the factory for a number of years because of this.

BRZ was added to CITES in 1992, but wasn’t available as an export hardwood even 30 years prior. Sh!t is valuable!

My Westie doesn't have the headstock warning, but does have a letter stating it.

I have a 2006 SC Trem Artist that has Brazilian rosewood on it and it is not marked and didn't come with a letter. I have a 2013 HBII Artist that is marked on the back of the headstock and came with the letter. This was one of the first guitars I saw that was marked like that so I am thinking it was around that time when they started doing that.
