Anyone Swap Out Their Faceplate?

Curious if anyone's done it? Does PRS offer replacements or did you build yours?

I've been a little intrigued by the idea of a matching gig rig.

From what I was told by my favorite dealer
You can change out the faceplate, but that the turn around for the new faceplate can be a good while (I was quoted 4 months turnaround)

I had this one made at PRS for my Two Channel C:



A friend made this one out of some of my maple. I later gave it to Markie, and it's on his C:



And I had the same friend make this one out of a piece of my claro burl:

What's the name of the stain on the paisley head? My Custom 50 has the charcoal colored stain and I wouldn't mind changing it out to the same color as yours. Looks sharp!

I did a search and I think it's called black gold.
