57/08 pickups for rock and heavy stuff

I played last night for about an hour. NF3>ATMA. Time divided equally between 70s and 80s modes. Gain noon to 3:00 on each, so classic to hard rock levels of gain. This guitar just kills all kinds of ways with those tones (and the clean channel!). I'd love to try an SC-58 to get the single cut, fixed bridge and full sized 57/08 tones. They just HAVE TO be great!

Big fan of the 57/08’s….. love them…. Great mix of old school PAF and modern….
