I have the opportunity to purchased a used 25th head,I never played one so anyone with said amp could you please give your opinion pro and cons.Anything would be appreciated thanks.

The 25th Anniversary head was the platform on which several great PRS amps have been created (including the 25th itself, of course). The HXDA is based on it, as is the Recording Head, Paul's Amp, the DG50, plus several others I think.
My personal experience is with the HXDA in two versions, and it's an awesome amp. I've heard the 25th but haven't played one myself, so I'll limit my comments to that, except to say the one I heard sounded absolutely great.
