Going out on a limb here but when was the new factory opened? I have a 1998 based on the serial number and the format of the serial number "8 CE XXXXX" with the 8 representing the build year. Would this be old factory production in 1998. Clues are small heel and small signature covered up by the truss rod cover. I understand there was one overlap. Calling on it tomorrow.

The PRS page does not explain very well how to read the serial numbers on CEs.
John the serial number you have is: 1 (1991) 7 (CE series) 3274 (serial number)
So this is an early 1991 CE (and a very beautiful one).
