It does look like a relic. Either that or a well-used guitar in for repair or mods. I hope PRS doesn't go the relic route. It makes no sense to me to pay extra money (Think Fender) to buy a guitar that looks like it was dragged behind a car for two blocks. I want a NEW instrument, not a new instrument that's made to look old. What do you say when some admirer likes the guitar and says "what a grand old instrument, how long have you had it?" Well, I've had it for two weeks, it's brand new. Okay, what's wrong with this picture. The person will either think you are lying or that you are nuts. You mean you deliberately bought a guitar that looks like crap?
