Using TK Ironman mini with impedance mismatch on HDRX20 Head and Cab

Hi There,

I'd like to purchase a ToneKing Ironman Mini 2 attenuator to use with my HDRX20 and matching 1x12 cab. Unfortunately, the TK IM Mini2 only comes in 8ohms. Am I able to run HDRX Head(8ohm Out) -> TK IM Mini2(8ohm) -> PRS 1x12 Cab(16ohm) without any performance issues or drastic tone degradation? I emailed ToneKing and they said it would be safe to use, but I feel more comfortable hearing from PRS folks.

I use a Bugera PS1 successfully, with minimal tone loss.

Well priced and you have the choice 4, 8 & 16 ohms. It designed on a Mike Soldano circuit.

Phil McKnight does a pretty good video on YT about it.
