This post has nothing to do with guitars!

That is beautiful!
Back in the 1970s, my father noticed an old organ stored in a chicken coop on a relatives farm up in Kentucky. It had belonged to my great grandmother and was from around 1900 or so. My dad got a U Haul trailer and took it back to Florida and restored it. It had an ornate top piece with a mirror and shelves that was mostly intact. He had to replace the bellows and straps for the pump mechanism. And it plays! I dont know how they determined it, but my dad said it was made of black walnut.

My brother still has it.

When I moved last I had to leave my 1927 Kimball. It wasn't a museum piece but there isn't anything like an acoustic piano when you're sitting at the keys and playing!
Absolutely. I'm not much of a keyboard player. But I love to sit at it and write songs. I don't get inspired sitting at an electric keyboard. I get bored quickly.
