SE Tuners

Nickel has a gold-ish hue and typically looks more vintage
Chrome has a blue-ish hue

The tuners found on most SE's guitars is chrome.
The Zack Meyers & Bernie Marsden guitars which have Kluson vintage style tuners are nickel.

Because the tuners are so far away from anything else that is plated on the guitar, it's not very noticeable if the plating doesn't match the rest of the instrument.

Thanks. So nickel or chrome is the finish plating not the actual material used to construct the tuners. Does that apply to the bridge as well? My bridge also looks to bright to be nickel.

Thanks
Tom
Nickel, Chrome or Gold is simply a plating over the base metal of any part.
Most SE/S2/CE parts are made from steel.
Core (US) parts are typically Brass, Aluminium or Steel, depending on the part.
