Those can be upgraded too I believe. I was surprised how easily they pulled out of my Bernie Marsden. If the ht. adjustment screw is too long, it'll start pushing them right up and out. I had to grind 1/8" off of the length of mine.

Maybe use a Q-Tip if it does and also to spread it around on the wood walls of the holes? Don't overdo it. You just want to harden the wood and maybe make it swell a little so it can grip the bushing tightly again. Let it dry 100%. Overnight would be best. Then press them back in? I'd put some 2" wide blue painters tape with a 1/2" hole cut in it over the hole you're working on when using the super glue...just in case.. I never use superglue right out of the tube. I always apply with a toothpick a drop at a time. It'll make a mess quick if you squeeze it right out of the tube.
