SE custom 24 neck question

Sounds like a silly question, I have a custom 24 se 30 anniversary, a Paul allender 24, and a se245 22 along with a bunch of other guitars. I've always set the action up on the lower side with the neck having minimal relief. For some reason both 24's seem like the neck is more sensitive to temperatures I'm guessing because I've had issues with fret buzz often and have had to raise the action a bit higher than usual to avoid screwing with the truss rod all the time. All my guitars (varying companies including the prs 22) are stored and played in the same spot and as often and have no issues. Is it something because the necks are longer or am I just doing something wrong? Thanks for any advise in advance.
