RIP: Neil Peart

Yeah, my wife lost one of her brothers to a gliobastoma in August. It sucked to see him waste away over 12 months. I’m crushed.

(Forgive the philosophy, but this is what my Dad went through almost 25 years in the past...)

Sometimes the light gets brighter before it goes out. Folks wonder if their search for real understanding in life is only what they hold in their own hands, and heart. And I've noticed that when the light eventually flickers, the light often puts itself in God's hands, and lets Him handle what needs doing...

The sacrifice has been accepted. Keith Richards gets to live another year. Jokes aside RIP Neil and peace to your family. Regrets I never got to see you live. \m/
