Prs Stamped Schaller Tuners 1985

Hello all, I have a question on the Schaller wing tuners on a 1985 PRS standard.
I see many examples of the tuners with the large S on the back of the tuner, my question is could a 1985 standard with the serial under 400 have Schaller wing tuners with PRS stamped on them from the factory?
I see 1986 standards with the tuner I am describing, and I know parts can be a little hard to date considering when shipments come and go. Just being a nerd and hoping that the tuner backs were not switched out at some point considering how clean the rest of the guitar is.

Korinafan, I know I'm very late in answering your question, but here goes.
I've seen 86's in the 900 range with "PRS" Schallers and "S" tuners in the 430 serial# range. Anything is possible, I suppose, but my guess would be an 85 or 86 with PRS stamped Schallers had the originals changed out. Perhaps one of the tuners went bad and the owner wanted them all to match? Who knows. Have you gotten any other answers about this? Thanks, John
