Talk about temptation! I already have an Archtop Jazz which has become my favorite guitar as of late, but that is spectacular. IMO, spruce tops on that model make a discernible difference, and the rest of the appointments are gravy.

I hope it goes for a bunch so I don't feel so bad by not bidding!

Was at $5,150 till the last three seconds of the auction, when it went for $6,250.

I think that's a bargain price for a Private Stock Archtop with Brazzy bling.

I'd have been all over it but ... really? - I've got a lovely 1999 Archtop II already. Even I couldn't justify having a second one.
