Incoming: McCarty Archtop II 1998 ... what is the exact scale length?

Hi - newbie here, not new to PRS though. I have a McCarty Archtop II 1998 incoming. There is a discrepancy in the ad with regard to the scale length. The ad listed 24.75", but I have always understood these to be the standard 25". I know PRS switched to the 24.75" scale at some point later than 1998; can anyone confirm this for me?
