PRS Navarro SE Neck Issue

I've had this guitar for about 10 years. I don't recall when exactly, but like 5 years ago-ish I noticed the back of the neck was quite discolored. Has anyone seen anything like this? I can't for the life of me figure out what happened to it? It's set right into the finish. Any thoughts? The neck is also slightly twisted. It doesn't affect the action too much but you can notice it when adjusting the truss rod. How could I get this repaired?

Any chance you leave it leaning against something - say, for instance, a brown leather sofa? Something that has been stained, and the stain then got absorbed into micro-pores in the neck finish?

Sorry to hear this. Does affect you playing the guitar? If not, I say you leave it alone. Might cost $$$$$ To fix. Plus I hear this relic look it the thing these days. Personally, I like the look.

Kinda reminds me of what happens to my socks when my suede shoes get damp.
