Let's start with a Special 22, semi-hollow body. Honey gold. Ser# 0311691 Truss rod cover has engraved, "RG 45th". Wood library. Back of headstock also has "21" upper left and "Custom built for USA only". Figuring out how to upload photos...

21 Is The Build Year. Modcat Sticker Is Under The Pickups. There May Also Be A Tag In The Case With Info.

Not sure what RG45th is.
Likely a 2021 Special Semi Hollow Wood Library with Brazilian Rosewood (that’s the Custom Built for USA Only)

You can find some serial number info here. MODCAT stickers can be found on some cases, sometimes on the info tag if you have that and also under one of the pickups.
My guess is that RG 45th is a custom truss rod cover. Maybe a 45th birthday present?
