I am with the consensus, seemingly......P-Rails are a "jack of all trades, master of none". They are best for the P90 sound. Good, if not great, for the other two sounds......Which makes them very versatile, esp in a live situation.

Bernie's are just great great great! Mine has a unique honky tone acoustically, which translates to great tone electrically. What's the secret formula? Who knows.

Just an update. I installed the vintage Flying V wiring parts kit from RS on the Bernie and it did make a big difference. I like the new tapers and I can definitely hear my guitar clearly at all volumes as opposed to before. It might be something as simple as the difference between vintage and modern wiring though. Not sure but it sounds wonderful. If you wanna throw $30 at it, I promise you wont be disappointed. Making those sheptones sing now!
