I'm having trouble with the changing of the 3-way to the 5-way blade. In positions 1, 3, 5 it is muted. I replaced the pots with US pots and have wired according to the custom 24 5-way blade wiring diagram. Are the SE pickups' wires different than the ones on the diagram?

I need help please. I have a custom 24 se with a 3 way
I put in a new set of 59/09’s and used a schaller 5 way blade.
I bought pre wired pots and switch and hooked everything up according to the direction that accompanied the kit.
The neck position #5 works as does bridge Position #1
Positions 2-4 sounds out phase.
Can someone please tell me what I did wrong?

I found these wire colours listed for the SE Standard 24 G&B Pickups. Don't know if that helps.
Neck G&B Vintage Bass
Red = Hot
Green/White = Series
Black/Bare Shield = Ground

Bridge G&B HFS
Black = Hot
Green/White = Series
Red/Bare Shield = Ground
