Not sure about the kidney prices, but I had to fork out around $4600 for that puppy used..... OUCH!!!
However, it was the color I wanted and I remember when the only way you could have one was as
a limited run Private Stock that was mucho unaffordable for me!!!

I think the pot value tap is one of the coolest features on there. The only way to make that cooler would be to have the 250k pot value kick in on all single coil settings.

I love mine. I have been using it weekly at a blues jam. Doesn't matter what the other guitarist brings, with the MEV I can flip a switch or two and mod my sound enough to sound different. Glad you're enjoying yours!!

My MEV has pretty much eliminated my GAS. Well almost. But it is amazing how many of the tonal possibilities I use.

Likewise. Because of the awesomeness of the MEV it's the only guitar I have now. It does everything I need sonically.

Yup. I sure did - even my beloved 57/08 LTD. I want to do a PS MEV. Still working my specs. It'll definitely have a piezo. That's all I know for sure right now. Oh, and it has to be Scarlett Red, lol.
