That company should be called “The Sh!t Array”. Never been disappointed, worth every penny.Schmidt Array Your Cash Away! Do It!
Not A Bad Amp At All In My Book.Being ampless at the moment, I've been gassing for a Mesa Boogie, or Fender Deluxe Reverb.. But I'll probably end up with a Boss Katana
Do It!I love my Schmidt Array. I've had other fancy/custom pedalboards, but the design and adjustability makes it so easy to work with that (speaking only for myself, not giving advice) I couldn't consider anything else.
I'm out of room on it, and am thinking of adding a second one.
That Mindset Has Cost Me A Lot Of Cash In My Life.Hmmm…not too sure…
BUT, I’ll know it when I see it!
We Are Never Too Old To Bark, Even If We Can't Bite Any Longer...LOL.Yeah, I...uh...um...ordered something like that a few days ago.
Everything about it is something I've said a million times I'd never even consider buying. Everything! It's definitely going to suck, and I'm probably gonna regret it. Thankfully, it's not here yet, so I don't have to feel stupid/guilty/wasteful for a little while.
I felt I was in a rut.
At least my son plays Strats, so when he visits he'll enjoy it, if I keep it for more than five minutes, which is doubtful of course.
I'd have bought a Silver Sky, but I was thinking Mary Kaye in Swamp Ash. I know! It's stupid!!
Did I mention that I'm looking forward to bashing it into one of my Mesas and breaking it into little pieces when having a Pete Townshend moment?
"You're never gonna do that."
"Shhh. I like to talk a big game."

No idea what you're after, but the Fillmore 50 looks like the ultimate plus power, two channel DR/SR amp on steroids. Huge pedal platform potential.Being ampless at the moment, I've been gassing for a Mesa Boogie, or Fender Deluxe Reverb.. But I'll probably end up with a Boss Katana
Petrol?! Oh, let me tell you about that goddam $5 a gallon petrol...if I gotta spend another d....
huh? wat?
Oh...I though this was where we complained about gas prices. Nvrmnd.
Same but too much dinero for me. Ended up buying an Epi Prophesy in faded tiger. An older Rhoads or the new Kirk Hammett are in my sights at the moment.
Fact!Same but too much dinero for me. Ended up buying an Epi Prophesy in faded tiger.
Only cos PRS doesn't make a V, yet
Well...there are bolt on V bodies, and you can buy PRS necks through The Stratosphere, both Silver Sky and CE ones. It might require some body routing, but It might be possible to build one. Just need someone crazy enough to do it...Fact!
I like mine enough that I invested in NOS glass after working with it for only a few weeks. I've had quite a few Mesa amps, and also currently have a Lone Star 100. I relate more to the less expensive Fillmore. No idea what you're after, but the Fillmore 50 looks like the ultimate plus power, two channel DR/SR amp on steroids. Huge pedal platform potential.
Why? I put some great pickups in my SE Silver Skys and they beat the pants off of every Fender I own.I’m about to buy a (non PRS) Strat of some sort.
This. Once I felt a Silvery Sky neck, I don't think I'll ever go back to fender necks. They are just so smooth, and that includes the import ones. Why? I put some great pickups in my SE Silver Skys and they beat the pants off of every Fender I own.
Not A Bad Amp At All In My Book.
From what I can tell from the videos, the Katana sounds great! I could do without all the bells & whistles, but in the end it appears to be a solid amp.No idea what you're after, but the Fillmore 50 looks like the ultimate plus power, two channel DR/SR amp on steroids. Mostly petty reasons that I won’t bore people with. Why? I put some great pickups in my SE Silver Skys and they beat the pants off of every Fender I own.
