NGD: PRS Silver Sky SE

My new Silver Sky SE in stone blue arrived yesterday, it's a fantastic guitar! It sounds great and I wasn't expecting such a nice feeling satiny neck. It's woody feeling, I like it! And there is no hum from the pickups. The tone is different from my AmPro Strat; the Silver Sky's pu's are more mid rangey. It's a nice weight at 7 1/2 lbs as well.
I'm happy to have this to go along with my McCarty 594 SE. Kudso PRS!

I was very impressed by the sound of the SE version of the Silver Sky. Probably the best sounding SE I’ve tried in terms of capturing the voice of the USA model. I agree on your assessment of the mids, it’s what makes the Silver Sky a much better version of, well… you know.
