This guitar and my current pedalboard are not getting along so I need to do some testing. It's not the wiring as of right now. If anyone has some insight with these pickups, I'd appreciate you sharing your experience. The pedals that I have are: Origin Effects Cali76 Stacked -> CBA MKII Preamp -> Empress Para EQ MKII -> Strymon Mobius -> Meris LVX -> Strymon BlueSky

So if I play soft, no sound thru the amp. If I hit the strings hard, I hear like a muffle sound from the amp.

When I go directly to the amp, there is NO problem.

There's something up with the pedalboard.

for the pedal board there is a impedance mismatch or something, that pedal needs a push to open up. Try one pedal at a time before amp, single pedal not in the chain.

Yup - process of elimination to find where the problem is, then you can figure out the solution
