The update to black rings gets a thumbs up from me - I did the same on my charcoal one, along with ebony tuner buttons for the complete darker look.

Now treat it like your favorite vampire. Don't leave it out in daylight. The blue and violet dyes are prone to fading.

Keep that lovely creature in her coffin when not playing - but play it at night a lot under the full moon.

Thanks for reply, your point is well taken. I leave all my vampires in their cases when not being played That’s why my 1990 I’ve had for all those year never faded.... look it’s still Whale blue.. you know the original Whale blue

I remember having an old wooden case years ago that was the same. Bulletproof, but heavy.

I use ABS cases now, lighter and still good protection.
