NGD! 07 SCT Matteo Blue

Picked this up yesterday from a local Pawn Shop. Was going to buy this guitar from the guy who sold it to the pawnshop, however, he obviously didn't get my message in time (was communicating through a local shop). In either case, I got it for the same price I had originally agreed with him (wonder how much he got from the pawnshop)? It's got some dings in it, but nothing too serious, and the price was good. Maybe, the PTC can clean it up for me (along with my Std24).

Anyways, Plays itself. I am really digging the #6 pickups through my DC-3. And there is clearly more sustain with the Wide Fat neck (both of my 24s are WT). I was at first worried about the WF, but am having no issues thumbing full chords, and, I am finding it more comfortable to play for longer periods. I think I might have found a new #1.

Sweet! The top is excellent on that. I'm all about the SCs right now. Tons of tone.

This might be the answer to a question I've been meaning to ask: can siggy mini toggles for single coil/humbucker be put on anything? Or just 408s?

Almost anything. The pickups will need to have a tap wire, but that is the only criteria.

I think I'll keep it just the way it is. I prefer the McCarty switching (already converted both of my 24s) and it has the tone. The top has a real nice 3D pop going to it.
