My new thread keeps getting taken down

I'm new to the forums here but not to forms in general. Trying to create an NGD post with pictures has been a beast. And each time I do it it disappears. I don't see any messages from moderators or any clues as to why it's taken down as soon as I put it up. Can anybody help me with this? Is there for support somewhere that I just am too dumb to find? Thanks for your help.

Plz refer to Forum Rules. You'll need to post several times more before the forum allows you to post images. Not sure what the limit is. Rules can tell you. EDIT: You'll need to post 10 times before all forum privileges are possible.

I've met those requirements and it allows me to post the pictures but then the entire post gets taken down in like a minute or two. In one case it was a reply to a Vella review that was tangentially related. That one was taken down so I figured it may be because they thought I was hijacked someone else's thread so I created my own and that was taken down in a couple of minutes as well.
