Mods and question on tuners

Hey guys, newbie here. So I'm getting a PRS S2 Standard 24 soon, and I want to mod it extensively. New bridge, tuners, pickups, basically the whole shebang. I was wondering if phase II would fit in the S2 tuner holes?

I have the S2 Custom 22 Semi-Hollow, and from what I have read, they are already Phase II tuners.

S2 Phase II tuners, but are excellent. I see no need to upgrade

I can understand bridge and pickups, and definitely upgrade the volume pot while you're at it. Replacing the S2 Phase II keys is throwing money away, IMO.

But before you take a screwdriver or soldering iron to it, live with the guitar for a while to decide if/what you want to mod.

I echo what Garrett says. If you still decide to go forward with the upgrades, I'd recommend a MannMade 2300 bridge. They are the sh!t!

Congrats and welcome aboard! I echo the above sentiments...play with it a bit first then decide if you want or even need any upgrades.
