Are the SE Locking Tuners the best way to go or something else? Thanks in advance.

I personally think the SE locking keys are the best choice. They are basically the same as the phase II style used on S2 and CE models, but with the screw tab housing. They are a bit spendy, but you're worth it. ;)

I'm sure other members have suggestions for their own faves.

Totally agree. I've put them on a couple of mine and I really dig em'.

I use Graph Tech Ratio in my Fenders but for my PRS I got the SE locking tuners, they were an easy install and works very nice.

The big feature of the Graph Tech Ratio is that every tuner has a specific ratio to the string, so getting the guitar in tune is very easy and accurate. Most tuners out there are all 18:1 or 14:1, same ratio for every string regardless that strings gauges are different.
